Been using Gene's for the last 6 years and am always amazed at the quality and professionalism I see each year when its time for the cows to go. Highly recommended! Just make sure you book many months in advance, his services are highly sought after.
Very clean They're super nice too
On Oct 25, 2023 I had three steers butchered by Gene's. This was my first time watching the butchering process. I had a lot of questions about the process as well as about the quality of the meat. The two gentlemen working were extremely patient and kind with all my concerns. Additionally, they happily peeled the tail and head for me. This was an extra burden on them. And yet they made it seem as it was their pleasure to do so. Besides the great service, they also offered the hanging tender and throat meat: something I found absolutely delightful. I am very impressed by this business and would without hesitation hire them again to butcher next year's steers. I give them my highest recommendation. daniel ojcius
