I can't say enough good things about this place! The owners are friendly, their prices are good, and they are family owned. After my rancher got them the beef, they gave me a call and went over all of my options for cuts. I just picked up 260 pounds of beef a few weeks ago, and everything was packaged and labeled perfectly! Thanks again guys!
Great first experience getting my deer butchered. Friendly family operation, great communication throughout the process, and they delivered what they promised (one week turnaround) with a very fair price. They have a new customer for life!

Took A hog down to get cut recently. They were very helpful and were able to get the hog done in 4 days! I was shocked! Great prices, great people. I would recommend anyone to use them.

Great Service, Joe and Richard are skilled artisan buthers, very clean. they sell their own lockerd beef as well. We us Gates Ranch Meat Company for all our butchery!
