They are way overpriced and call customers before they have their invoices ready and when you show up to pick your beef up they won’t let you take it because they don’t have a clue as to what they are charging you. Maybe not call the customer until you have all of your ducks in a row. Might also reconsider your butchering fees you are going to loose a lot of business taking advantage of people like this especially in a small community.This was a last minute mistake and will never go there again, luckily we have wonderful fair priced meat processors close to home. 1 star because you can’t give 0.

No longer packed how I want it. All the bones were cut out of everything. I never order anything without bones. The roast were double the size that I wanted. Either the mixed up my order or they completely disregarded how I want it cut and packaged. I always get the organ meat and this was quarter not have. Very disappointed in new owners. I wish I could find a butcher in Fremont county that I did not have to supply the beef.

We are pretty new to Wyoming Custom Meats But found their meats to be top quality, grass fed local farm raised beef, we discovered cottage bacon from there and if you love bacon then this one takes top prize of All bacons. I definitely recommend this business for all meat purchases it’s the best I’ve tasted in years and there’s truly something in supporting local businesses as well who deliver not just meat but Wonderful customer service and are helpful and knowledgeable. Awesome people.

We have used Wyoming custom meats to process a beef every year for the last five years. This year we had a cow process there and they let it hang for 17 days which it should of been hung for no more then 12 days. We got it back and the hole cow was Rotten with mold on it. Talk to the rancher and they gave us their cow that was processed at the same time. This cow is the same. My wife opened a sirloin steak and it had white hair in it and the cow was supposed to be a black angus from one of our local ranchers and it had butcher string in it as well. I gave them one star because that’s the lowest it will go. I will be contacting the FDA in the morning and the BBB as well. I don’t know what happened but I will never use them again. I will do what I can to help advertise for them.

Best Place in town! Very customer friendly! Product is displayed to public with the perfect visual touch! The people there are amazing, and I would highly recommend going to Franks butcher shop in Hudson, on your way though town!!! Great place overall!

We had half a bison butchered and packaged we have been so happy, everything is as we requested. We also bought several different products. YUM YUM. such a treat To have organic natural meats. Their bacon is supreme!!

We are newcomers to raising our own cows. They were very helpful, answering all our questions and helping us the cuts for packaging. Great first experience. Already setting the date for next years cows.

I have been shopping at Wyoming Custom Meats for a very long time. I've had many of the things that they offer and have never been disappointed. Their bacon is out of this world!

Super nice lady answered all our questions. We plan on going back buying more cut meats and using them in the future to process our own beef and hogs.
