First time I was there was 65 years ago with my Grandfather. Still looks about the same. Grandpa said it was the place to get the best. The steaks are world class and they still carry my favorite German Brick Cheese ( not for sissies) I’ll be taking grandson there someday soon also and perhaps he can reuse this review in 65 years 😳 …

Great staff and selection. I have not had anything there that wasn't great! I highly recommend them. I enjoy traveling around to meat markets in the Midwest to see what's out there. The staff at this one is phenomenal and will go out of their way to save you certain items you like if they know you're coming or a returning customer. It's really nice and makes you feel appreciated and important to their business. They dont have the biggest selection of meats I've seen but the quality, prices, and individualized appreciation for their customers keeps me coming back and makes it one of my favorite meat markets. Keep up the great work Foss'.

Very happy with the Venison we had processed here into snack sticks, summer sausage, ring baloney, and brats. Great taste, reasonable prices, friendly service! Will be back next year!

Must try the hot dogs, with or w/out cheese. THE BEST! I also love the brats! Mushroom and Swiss are the best brat I have ever had. The meat is fresh and full of flavor. You won't be disappointed

Well stocked store, wide variety of meats and some cheeses. Nice steaks that you can get thick (I prefer), or thin, with nice marbling. Prices are a just a tad higher than other places but the quality is worth it. Friendly staff that will get you what you want, that waits patiently if you're still trying to decide.

Awesome prices and service is top notch! Truly enjoyed everything we have gotten for this meat market especially there stuffed chicken wrapped in there own cut bacon. Tenderloins whole or they will cut them for you at amazing prices.

First, I would like to say that the 1-star review is not due to the quality of the product. Quality has been perfectly fine, if not amazing. 1-star was due to an issue with our order (shorted $18 worth of product on a $92 order), being promised they'd make it right and to just come in tomorrow to get what we were shorted and then being told when we were heading out to pick it up that they couldn't do it for us, and we'd have to re-purchase that product. Despite being told they'd have it all ready for us, they never did so, and apparently never intended to, and stated that they only charged us for what we received, despite my having the receipt and packing slip to prove that I was charged for the full amount ordered. Terrible customer service, especially after being told they would make things right and then refusing to do so, despite being able to prove it. Basically stole about 20% of the order from us.

FOSS FINE MEATS, is a place to get quality meat at a very fair price. I've check other businesses to see their meat. I asked why their meat is red. What was said I won't say, but one of the reasons why I buy all my meat at FOSS FINE MEATS. There cheeses are also very good.

Driving through, stopped to get dogs and ring bologna. They were GREAT! Got home to Missouri and called Jay; asked if he could custom make dogs in a kielbasa casing. You know, something you can sink your teeth into. He said, "sure, but have to order 25 LBS. Wow, are they ever good. I'm sorry I didn't order 50 LBS. Turned out to be little more than 1/4 pound per dog in a casing that big. Meaty, juicy, casing splits perfectly over the campfire. Thank you Jay! (my beautiful, wonderful wife of 50 years loves them too...Now that's something!)

Great Locker with a wide selection of products! Great group of employees and owners!

Yesterday we ordered 12 one pound rib eyes, we got them home there were 10 so we weighed them. We got charged for 11.55 pounds but we only received 9.4 pounds. That is $18.00 worth of meat we did NOT get. We called they said they owed us 2 steaks. Today we went to get them and they said we have to pay for them. What a horrible way to do business. We were going to order a half of beef, we still are but NOT from Foss. We will never do business with them again!!!

Superb brats and hot dogs. Lots of varieties of flavors in the brats. Great customer service! I live in Minnesota but will definitely travel there again.
