Flying Plow Farm

We've been CSA members here for two years now and we will never not be CSA members! Their organic produce is always top quality, and the freshness cannot be topped by anything at the store. Plus, I love knowing my dollars are going right back into the community. The additional products they add from other producers is such an added bonus too. It allows me to easily support other farms and get it all delivered to my door. As a busy mom, this is a huge added benefit for me. We love the ability to "shop" and add what we'd like to our box each week, and the ease of even adding on extra if we want it. We've also enjoyed other benefits like "all you can pick" tomatoes this year as well.

Our family has had a share in Flying Plow since they came to Cecil County many years ago. We are raising our children on their amazing organic vegetables and meats. We are so grateful for their winter share as well! Those were long winters before they had a winter share option. Not only does Flying Plow grow a wide variety of real organic food, but it also tastes amazing year-round. We are most impressed with how they care for the land and ethically grow and process animals. Beware! Not all organic places take care of the ecosystem and livestock, but Flying Plow does! You can go see for yourself. They are the highest standard in Community Supported Agriculture.

Great place to buy certified organic vegetables and meats as well so much more! Highly recommend joining the CSA but if unable to do so order ahead on their easy to use website, or stop by when the farm stand is open! The owners and workers are so helpful in answering questions about the CSA, or in placing orders, or even with great ideas on what to do with a vegetable you never tried.

Tom and Sarah have the best local organically produce in Maryland, they also Hve an exceptional selection of grass fed and finished meats! The farm stand is awesome and they are at several local farmers markets on the weekends, they also do home delivery and online orders! We love Flying Plow Farm!

We love Flying Plow! The produce and customer service is wonderful. The CSA is a wonderful way to get fresh greens and vegetables all year and we get them delivered right to our door. We can customize our box every week and being part of flying plow means I rarely have to go to the grocery store. It saves us money and we eat a higher quality of food. The farm store is also great for any additional items we might want. We highly recommend Flying Plow.

This is our third season with Flying Plow and we love it. Their produce/herbs/meat/dairy are delicious, organic, nutritious, AND grown right down the road (or at close by local farms that offer additional fun stuff like mushrooms and kombucha!). They offer their CSA year round and their cold season is so incredible. You shop online and there can be 20+ items available at a time, it is so cool! To see a rainbow of local food on your plate when it’s 30 degrees out is truly something special. Thanks to all who work there, they are providing our community with nutrient dense food grown with love and care for the earth!

We've been CSA members with Flying Plow Farm for more years than I can remember and each week we look forward to our delicious share of local organic veggies. We enjoy visiting the farm to see where our food is grown and interacting with the people who have so lovingly grown it. We've been CSA members since 2020, and always look forward to our biweekly produce box delivery. The quality and selection is amazing, and its easy to customize the box contents using Flying Plow's website. We also take advantage of two add-ons (eggs and mushrooms) which make the subscription even better! We highly recommend Flying Plow to anyone who's looking to support local agriculture and loves to incorporate a variety of fresh produce into their weekly meals.

Absolutely love Flying Plow Farm. We've been members of the CSA year round since 2018. Very pleased with the fresh, locally grown organic bounty they provide. In addition to their own wide variety of produce, melons, herbs, meat and eggs, they have partnered with an array of other local farms and producers to offer an ever increasing number of items such as flowers, cheese, butter, milled grain, fruit, bread, fermented goods, fish, etc.
