You really can tell that John is a wonderful caretaker for these animals. The pastures and barn are well maintained. The meat that comes from this farm is superb. I have had ground beef, turkey, pork sausage, chicken, and eggs. He had a spare jar of beef tallow I purchased while visiting the farm as well that makes everything taste way better. I would give this a 6/5 rating but google doesn’t let me go that high.
These farm-raised meats are simply outstanding! You can tell they're raised with care, because the quality is incredible. We bought ribeyes and they were exceptionally flavorful and tender, and it's clear the animals were raised on a great diet. This is a game-changer for anyone who values high-quality local delicious meat.
Had the beef and sausage and both were amazing! You can really tell that John puts a lot of effort into raising the animals. Also got a tour of the farm which was awesome to see. I will definitely be coming back to get more meat!
You cannot get more local and close to the source than Flew the Coop. John’s process produces a quality of meat that is not available in the store. I really feel like I am feeding my family healthier food because of John and Flew the Coop Farm. On top of that, he’s a genuine person who deserves your business!
The most amazing ribeye steaks. Perfect fat to meat ratio, melt in your mouth bites! John has a lot of passion, knowledge and takes pride in his business and it pays off! Competitive pricing without feeling ripped off. Will be returning! Can’t wait to try the chicken and pork!
The moment we arrived at the farm. John greeted us and we had a great conversation. I felt like we have known each other for a long time. Honest man and great integrity. Highly recommended to anyone we know.
