Excellent grass fed & finished beef! They were so sweet and accommodating with our one off order or two rib-eyes for an anniversary dinner. Fantastic communication, and the quality was just as super.

I've been buying meat from Katie and her husband for a good 7 weeks or so and have tried almost everything. I'm so happy with the meats I haven't bought from HEB at all. There meat is 100% better and definitely worth the extra $ for good quality. Juicy, fall apart, tender, and very flavorful. I was buying from wild pastures to save a few hundred dollars, but their meat wasn't the same as when I first bought 6 years ago. It was so chewy no matter how I cooked it. I've been getting sirloin, ribeye, t bones, chicken, and eggs Their sirloin is huge. i usually can get 3-4 good sized steaks out of it. The ribeyes are my favorite they are so juicy and tender. They're t bones are so tender even if I forget it and it's well done, I'm not the best cook. There chicken oh my goodness I never new chicken could be so fall apart in your mouth! The eggs oh the eggs are what started me on this new journey of farm raised meat because I bought the heirloom eggs at HEB for $10 and some change. I was like why not get farm freshed eggs for $10 i'm already spending that. I just love the eggs they actually have a great flavor if you dont add salt my daughter lover her runny egg in the mornings and sometimes before bed, she even likes boiled. I had such a hard time getting her to eat eggs before now I have to buy 4 doz eggs because we eat so much of them. If you're thinking about buying the meat, please don't hesitate. You won't regret it. I promise! I took sirloin, to my uncles for him to barbecue, and before he cooked it, he could already tell how good the meat was gonna be. He loved every bit of it.

All-around amazing experience! The friendliest people you will ever meet! And…the ribeye steak…WOW! It was the best damn steak I’ve ever cooked…hands down!!

Just an incredible experience all around. We were looking for Serama eggs to hatch and raise, and Flat Rock Creek Ranch was exactly what we needed and worth the drive! Katie Jo was super responsive, super insightful, and informative. She continued to follow up with us days later to check in on our babies and helped us through with information on our babies to be. I originally went to Flat Rock Creek Ranch to purchase Serama eggs for hatching and ended up talking to them about buying some beef. I had some questions and they were so patient and kind, answering them all. Very Friendly and Kind owners. Looking forward to purchasing some of their grass fed beef and chicken in the future!

Regenerative farming practices. All around good people who are patient and give their blood, sweat, and tears with nothing to hide. INVEST IN THIS FAMILY RANCH so that we can continue nourishing our community and practice our rights to know that we are getting our food from a clean, safe, humane, and sustainable resource.
