I think they are not a butcher but scammers. First purchase and in my opinion several errors. First one of the cuts, the broken wrapper. Second two sealed cuts but they didn't use the vacuum. Third I ordered Rib eye and they sent me new york steak. And lastly, could you explain to me what the tomahawk has to be for $140, is it really a private reserve?

So I originally ordered a variety of steak, burgers, and got two Free steaks for life with my subscription. It’s been 3 weeks since then and still have not received anything after sending multiple emails daily. Now today they let me know they reshipped but literally with half the product and no refund at all. I got scammed hard. Hope your experience is better.

Cancelled my order after hearing the meat was bad the day after ordering. 3 days later I get a notification it was shipped to me. (I guess they needed more than 3 days notice?) When it got here, it all looked good, but the steaks were definitely undersized. I ordered 14 oz ribeyes and they were only about 9-10 oz each. Same with NY Strip. The bags also lost all their labels somehow. The steaks are extremely tough. I only cooked mine with a thermometer to 130 degrees internal, and still were so tough it was unpleasant. Would not recommend.

These steaks are definitely different, a lot of great qualities and one questionable quality. Very flavorful and tender. Nice cuts and the small difference in thickness per cut shows that it really does come from a family farm which is great in my book. The questionable quality is that somehow it cooks quicker than most steaks bought at a meat counter and doesn’t have much blood. It’s not bad it’s just different. The taste and tenderness definitely make up for it!!

I definitely should of researched the company before hand and listened to the reviews... All the steaks in my order were undersized, and all were chewy. They did have some decent flavor but I will never order them again. Listen to the reviews, don't get sucked in by their "free tomahawk".

Not sure why all these people are posting bad reviews! My experience was the opposite everything came frozen, shipping was super quick! All their steaks where amazing, will only buy from them from now on. AND their prices are AMAZING!!

BEWARE: Ordered a box of ribeyes and porterhouse steaks. Some of the ribeyes are super tough - hard to chew. I’ve never had a tough ribeye in my life. You are better off buying steaks from the grocery store - it’ll be cheaper and tastier, I promise. I wish I had looked up reviews before ordering a box.

Do not buy! Worst steaks, went in the garbage. Tuff, fatty and unedible. Contacted customer service they offered me a gift card to try their reserve steaks. At $180 for a meat package they should have been reserve. Scam. You can get better meat in your local store.

Worst steaks and worst customer service I have ever experienced. The ribeye steaks I received were consistently the toughest steaks I have ever had and they've sent me spoiled tomahawk steaks with visible mold. Customer service refuses to give me a refund and won't answer my emails or calls.

Very dissatisfied, ordered $500 worth of steaks and did not receive what I ordered. When I contacted customer service they said sorry and issued a $45 gift card. The items that weren’t received are $200 on their site. Do not trust this company!

I was dissatisfied with the steaks that came . They measured about 5/8 inch thick and really not worth the price and let the buyer beware. Their return policy appears to be non existent and all I got was flak and attitude when I contacted the company to return them my order. I would not ever do business with these guys again.

This place has horrible beef. Taste off. Cheap packaging. Sent me 30 new York strips instead of ribeyes and wouldn't refund me and wouldn't take the meat back. It's a scam. I ended up dehydrating all the beef for dog snacks

The meat was so bad we couldn’t even eat it, it comes from Mexico, stay away from this company. There was zero marble and the steaks were a reddish purple. I mean terrible, I called them and they refused to do anything. They wanted me to buy dry ice and pay for shipping back to them. I have never been treated so bad my order # 5061

Glad I did a Review look up b4 buying. This seemed a bit odd price wise. Saw some reviews on reddit off here and said where they source product from is where Mexico boarder towns pull meat from the USA. BUYER BEWARE. Great place to be screwed. They'll keep your money and your steaks too. They told me that their responsibility ends when they ship the steaks. The order got returned to them and now they're keeping the steaks and my money too.

This is the worse meat we have ever eaten or should I say attempted to eat. The "free" tomahawk steak was so tough we had to throw it away. Let it be known my husband can cook a fantastic steak. If I were you I'd steer far and clear from this place. If I could have gave zero stars I would have.

Bought 3 times from this small farm an not only got excellent service but the steaks were excellent and very reasonably priced. As good as Harris ranch beef. Definately buying again.
