The cattle are wild and the loadout is poorly laid out. And the driver is expected to to move the cattle from pen to chute to truck. I’ve seen several guys, that were decent handlers, get hurt bad there. If you get hurt in the pens, the feedyard gets the work comp bill. Some crafty yards put a man horseback to avoid injury - just a smart guy I guess
Big place was dark when I was there so couldn't see all the cows but looks like alot going on
