Erba Verde Farms

We bought a good month's worth of meat here in an effort to maintain more control over what is in our food and also to take a more ethical approach to meat consumption. When we first got here there were big, beautiful fields full of lounging, napping cows and pigs. It looked like something out of a movie and there was so much healthy vegetation and room for the animals to roam and enjoy themeslves, and the selection of cuts were of substantial sizes and portions. We ended up spending the same amount as you would at Wegman's, maybe save a few bucks. The difference isn't just in the ethics or ingredients but also in the flavor. From the eggs to the meat, the flavor is hands-down incomparable to that of a factory farm or what you would buy at a grocery store. We are very fortunate to be able to enjoy this and even more fortunate to be so close to such an awesome operation! We had the opportunity to chat with the owner, Bryan, about his practices and how things are done. We were also gifted a sample of raw milk, which was such an amazing treat - it was gone in three days. We will absolutely be back to renew our stash next month.

Love this farm! The store has many great items to shop from. The breakfast sandwich is the most delicious I've ever had. My little girl loves visiting the farm animals! I only wished I lived closer so I could stop by every weekend.

This place is incredible! My family absolutely loves their meat, and our daughters (ages 3 and 1) just cannot get enough of the pork, beef, and chicken. It's so great knowing that we're eating high quality food that not only tastes amazing but also makes us feel great! We're so blessed by this farm, and we highly recommend Erba Verde to others!

Erba Verde is a community staple of the highest quality meat, dairy, and local products. Brian and his family and their staff truly are the epitome of type of agriculture which needs to be supported, relied upon, and exemplified.

Only place I buy meat, seafood and eggs for my family. Worth the drive every few weeks- also love buying maple syrup and honey here as well! Love buying local and knowing my farmer !
