The late 1980s marked a new chapter when the Hunt family acquired it, continuing its farming legacy.
Eden Valley Beef prides itself on producing 75% Wagyu/Angus beef. The farm employs a pasture-raised model, ensuring that cows and their calves roam freely in expansive grass pastures. Beef is dry-aged for 14-21 days to amplify its renowned marbling and flavor. The cattle are part of a closed herd, meticulously raised and processed with care at Smuckers in Mt. Had an amazing, lovely experience! Included a tour, and had the opportunity to purchase meat!! For certain, Eden Valley is 'way back' - long road to farm, but that was part of the beauty!! My friends and I look forward to returning!
No way to get to the farm. The maps mess up when you search for it. If you try to navigate yourself you hit a dead end it seems there’s no way to get there. When you call their phone doesn’t work either, there is no ring. I’d avoid trying to visit
