Jim and I have ordered two beef quarters experiencing two different processors. Both did a great job. We were very pleased with the processing and packaging. The beef was very flavorful (well aged)…beautiful marbling and really yummy! We ordered a leaner ground beef 87% on one quarter then backed it to 85% on the second quarter. 87% was nearly too lean to form hamburgers. Our future order will be 85% as we had very little fat when browning and wonderful burgers! We had round steak DOUBLE tenderized resulting in perfect chicken fried steaks. With all the supply chain issues, we appreciate the ability to purchase additional steaks and roasts from their available stock. The have a simple online order system or simply a phone call to purchase quality beef. We definitely will continue purchasing quality beef from Eck Agriculture. You just can’t beat the quality beef and friendly service plus were supporting Kansas agriculture👍👍👍
Had some steaks and hamburger. One of the best Ribeyes I've eaten. I mean really good.
