We highly recommend E&J Farms. They have been amazing processing our cows and pigs. What makes this experience unique is going in, seeing the animal hanging ready for process, and being able to customize everything right on the spot and pack your own meat. We feel we have been shorted on our meat at other facilities in the past where who knows what goes on behind the scenes. Everything at E&J farms is laid out right in front of you. Bob and the others are also very helpful in describing cuts, and we've had some great discussion while processing animals here.
