Decent prices and a clean environment for processing deer, doesn't mix customer deer up. Makes hamburger, sausage, summer sausage, many jerky favors, cubed steak, along with your standard cuts. European mounts too.
Just a hustle and seasons easily wash's off the meat
Total SCAM for out of towners. I made special arrangements for my deer meat to be picked up at the end of the season and he gave my meat away and denied making a man to man agreement and then called me back and some what remembered our deal and said he was going to make it right and give me another deer and nothing. BEWARE out of towners.. Man's words is no good
Didn't get my whole deer back missing meat never used again
