Exceptionally friendly and high-quality meat with just one shortcoming: bulk meat (1/4 cow, 1/2 cow/ whole cow, etc), is a bit high for the market price, even for high-quality meat. Definitely recommend if you can afford it.

With the way the economy is going, my family felt that it was important to secure a good source for our meat. I am here to say that we have found that source! We just recently purchased a quarter GRASS FINISHED cow. It cost a total of 1100.00 with a deposit of 500.00 and it was WORTH it. The quality of the meat, the taste difference, is there. THIS is the way things should be. We will be getting our meat from these guys for years to come. Up next we will be getting chicken and some bacon. Buy from these guys and support our local farmers!

My goodness! Cut Beef is top notch! Their strips and sirloin are the absolute best! Heard about them from some friends who split quarters and a half a couple of times a year. I stop by every time thru Tyler. Telling you, the best!

I have so enjoyed having a local place where I can buy bulk HIGH QUALITY beef! It is some of the best tasting meat I’ve ever had, and the people Who work there are incredibly helpful! Customer service is also fast and polite. Highly recommend this place to everyone!

At first I was not sure about this place because the meat market I went to in Tyler was not really friendly environment and their meat was not from Texas. As for Cut Beef they were friendly and their meat comes from Tyler itself. They only have beef cuts for now but they what to do other like pork and chicken. Yes it a bit more pricey then Brookshire's or Super 1 but your getting grass fed beef from Tyler and you don't need to Dallas or Houston to get your meat. I could not afford to get everything I so I bought some ground patty meat and can not wait to grill them. This place 👍👍.

It's a little pricey but good!

I recently purchased some ground beef from them and it was so delicious. And the price per pound wasn't much more than I was paying for it from other prices!! But there ground beef is free of the other things the grocery store meat has in it.

You get what you pay for with beef. Bought two 8 oz. Fillets for the grill for Thanksgiving. They were excellent.
