They really have bison. You get to talk to the owner and ask questions. Eric is the nicest person and was willing to show the herd to us and explain all about the bison, they have some huge bulls that weigh in at about 2000 pounds, wow they are big. The rest of the herd was mom's and some yearlings boy they were very cute, if you could call wild bison cute. Well worth the drive. I would recommend you call ahead so Eric would be expecting you.
An amazing experience. The owner is very polite and helped us find exactly what we were looking for. The ribeye, jerky sticks and marrow were excellent. Will definately be buying more.
