This week my husband and I bought prime rib steaks. They were amazing. The flavor was perfect and so tender. It's been a long time since we have bought steak that good. We will definitely be back for more.
Charlie and his entire crew are committed to quality for custom processing. Their vacuum packaging hold up well in freezer. They are reasonably priced. Retail meat case has great selection of beef, lamb and pork plus all the fun stuff like snack sticks and jerky.
I was disappointed they were out of what I had stopped for, regular and beer brats, but I was there near closing time on a Thursday.
Best meat ever!! I bought 50 dollars of meat. Pork sausage, a couple rib eye steaks, and some ground pork. I have cooked some of the sausage and cooked the rib eyes on my grill... both were nothing short of amazing!! Good color, good taste. I will be a customer from now on!! I also met the owner, he was really nice, clean and helpful! Couldn't ask for q better place!
Great jerky, great prices. Saw them while stopping for gas and circled back. I haven’t tried the steak yet since I’m mid road trip, but I’m confident it will be great.
I haven't tried the meat yet, but just picked up half a steer. Very pleasant people and awesome shop. Clean and lots of extras to purchase, spicy jelly, jerky, etc! I'm excited!
The flavors of the bacon, ham and sausage is wonderful!! The people were great!! Overall very happy with Cowboy Meats!!
