High quality dry aged beef. You can’t get more tender or flavorful with dry aging. Craft sausages are uniquely flavored and delicious. Snack sticks and jerky are unique and full of flavor as well. Tons of other bbqing items and weekly specials. You cannot go wrong with anything here they have to offer. Wonderful, family run hometown butcher +more!
The best butchershop by far. Runs weekly specials. Deli has great subs. Lycoming Bakery bread and rolls. Local honey, canned peppers, and onions. Fresh milk and eggs. Charcoal and grilling supplies

Very pleasant, very clean and will be back. We just tried the snacks sticks. Looking forward to trying the other items we got. Update - we got the Philly cheese steak sausage and these were amazing!!! The recipe was perfect and tasted like quality.
Bought regular, maple and blueberry maple loose sausage and it's all fresh, tender and fantastic. Great bacon too. All their meats look fantastic. Fresh eggs and other groceries too. The place is new and has everything I needed. Definitely going back.

We just ate the mac and cheese sausage patties that we purchased at the Jersey Shore farm market today...oh my!! They are delicious! Best flavor we've had in sausage in a long time! We can't wait to try the other artisan sausages we purchased also. We'll definitely visit your shop in the near future. Thank you

Best place around! Incredibly friendly and helpful staff. The Black Diamond burgers are out of this world. Cherry Bomb ring bologna is amazing. Prices are the best around.
