Our first time purchasing a 1/2 beef. The quality was AMAZING! I don't even like buying steak at restaurants anymore, it just doesn't cut it. Best ground beef we've ever had. The chuck roasts made the best birria tacos ever!!! When i tell you, ive never prepared liver that didnt have that "liver smell" until now !!!! I'm hoping I never have to go back to store bought because it is nowhere near as fresh. The owner was super nice to work with and was able to fit us in when our original farm pick left us hanging! Everything was cut to what we asked for and they even made sure I had some full kidney capsules so I could render it down. They even delivered! I cannot wait to be able to order again!!!
I buy meat in bulk, lovely people to purchase from. They deliver the meat to you in practical packaging. Seriously such a great experience and great quality of beef, I impress a lot of people with my dishes mainly because of the quality of meat cannot get any better.
