Contoocook Creamery at Bohanan Farm

I was craving chocolate milk, so I asked my husband to pick some up from our local store. The only prerequisite was that it not be low fat, I hate drinking chocolate water. He came home with a half gallon of chocolate milk from this creamery. It was more expensive than usual but I figured that that was fine after all, it was from a creamery. What I didn't expect was for it to be some of the best chocolate milk I have ever tasted. The only way I could describe the taste was a high-fat, creamy, melted chocolate ice cream. It was literally that good.

Very rustic, but found signs directing us through the farm to the little store, all self service. Love the maple milk, and other affordable super fresh milk options. Also love their frozen ground beef.

Oakhurst chocolate milk WAS my absolute favorite. But after trying Contoocook Creamery chocolate milk, I have a new favorite. Their strawberry milk is equally delicious.

Excellent selection of fresh local dairy, produce and meat. Good prices, and it supports our beloved creamery.

On Contoocook Creamery Facebook page they have posted photos multiple times of them taking pictures while operating multi ton trucks. They don't care about the other people on the road and have never actually responded to me calling out their carelessness or the spit in the face of the thousands of people killed on American roads by distracted drivers.

I bought the chocolate milk at Cider Hill Farm in Amesbury. OMG it's the best chocolate milk I have ever had it was so creamy and delicious

Yesterday, Friday July 6, purchased my first half gallon of your whole milk and I am amazed at how much difference there is between your milk and the average milk on the shelves at the store. This is going to be "our" whole milk from now on. I was in the store looking for a really good organic product and someone highly recommended your milk, I am so glad they did.

My husband received a half gallon of there chocolate milk from someone at the diner he works for, so he bought it home for my son and I. Just started buying your milk from my local supermarket, and it tastes so creamy and fresh. Blows away store brand milk. I haven’t tasted milk this good since I was a kid and we would buy fresh milk from a farm near our house. And it stays fresh and delicious well past the expiration date, I’m definitely a customer for life.

Bought Contoocook whole milk for my baby who just turned 1 at Hannaford. I tried a drop - it blew my mind! I’m not a milk drinker due to allergy. And the taste of milk in general doesn’t appeal to me. But after trying Contoocook milk, I feel like I might be missing out on something! Really glad we can get something made locally for the baby. And yes, baby loved it!

It's been ages since finding milk in glass jugs. I bought it on a fluke at Mckinnons in Salem N.H. Loved it. Have gone back twice to pick up more and they were out of stock. But loved their product.

First time purchase of their glass quart 1% milk from Hannaford in Concord, NH. This may have been the freshest, most delicious milk I have had the pleasure to enjoy in years, if not ever. Well done folks!

The best milk you'll ever have, and the family who've produced it here for generations are incredibly welcoming and kind. If quality is important to you in the slightest, I wouldn't go anywhere else for dairy.

I love the 1/2 & 1/2, but I have a hard time finding it. It's not always in stock at my Hannaford. And there Eggnog is the best. So thick and creamy.

I am addicted to the EGGNOG!! I see eggnog in the stores now so I'm calling to see if Contoocook Creamery Eggnog is in stock. If you like their milk you have to try it. SO much better than the usual brands in the grocery store. I can't wait for it to be produced. I didn't know they have a little farm stand- I'll have to check it.

Prices are great. Their maple milk is to die for! They also have fresh beef products. 100 times tastier than store bought.
