The service was straight forward when I came in with 2 wild hogs, or so I had thought when I drove away for 3 hours. I asked what they offer, the boy at the counter asked me what kind of cuts I wanted (pork chops, shoulders, etc.) then charged me $278, $8 was the credit card fee that wasn't obvious either. Then when the meat was ready for pick up, it was all sausage. I brought the hogs in gutted already too? I can't repeat the service here. Lost a lot of money, this was not transparent. Other services nearby were also $100 cheaper and offer the other cuts. Imagine you paid nearly $300 and you got nothing but sausage meat?
If i could give 0 stars I would. we took 2 deer there and one was a lot bigger than the other but when we picked them up we had the same amount of back strap and the bigger deer did not have any ground meat they forgot to put it in but when we called them out they actually refused to give us the meat we will never use this company again.
Always a fantastic experience and the staff always works with us. The summer sausage is my favorite, as well as the spicy breakfast sausage, but everything on their menu is delightful. Good people. I highly recommend.

Brought my calf in to have it processed, highly recommended Coleman Processing. Very helpful and extremely nice and I’ve been to a lot of processing plants and this one by far is the cleanest. Did a great job on my calf I will be bringing another one. Thank y’all for everything!

Great processor, usually get your meat in about one week. I especially like that you can bring in a deer without field dressing it and they only charge a minimal fee, I want to say $20? It’s rare to find that, love this place

You can’t beat their meat
Horrible experience, do not use them if your from out of state, felt completely taken advantage of. The employees even felt that I got screwed but boss was unwilling to change.
