Great to work with, answered all my questions. This was our first time getting grass fed and grass finished beef and I was a little nervous because it’s a big investment. It is beyond delicious! Plenty of flavor and I love knowing it’s healthier! We also really liked the butcher they used!
my husband and I absolutely love the beef we received from Clear Spring Farm! great quality, lean and wonderful taste. You can tell the care and quality they put into raising their beef cattle and I feel better knowing that my beef is coming from a local source, cuts from the same cow, and not a hodge podge of fillers antibiotics etc like that in big box grocery beef. highly recommend!
Absolutely top-tier service from this bovine concierge! Moo-fasa (the cow) was clearly raised like royalty, grazing on only the finest grass buffet this side of the fence. The flavor? Unmatched. It’s like he spent his life meditating on how to be the perfect steak. I could almost hear him saying, ‘You’re welcome’ with every bite. Not to mention, this farmer must moonlight as a cow whisperer—Moo-fasa was clearly raised with love, care, and perhaps a touch of spa treatment. Will definitely be back for the next pasture-to-plate masterpiece. Five stars, one moo, and zero regrets!
