I used Wells Pork in the past but they were bought out and no longer process pork. A friend referred me to Clarkton. I dropped off two pigs and the turn around and pricing was very reasonable. I restocked my deep freezer for the fall/winter and I’ve spent the day turning pork fat into lard. It’s a little far from Wilmington but not their fault. The staff was great. Overall it was a great experience and I plan to return next year.

New Spring Hours: Monday: Closed. Tuesday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm. Hours change for Summer. Summer is a slower time of the year so hours will change. Fall starts deer season so they will go back to 5 days a week 8 hours a day
Carried 2 hogs for processing. Employees very friendly and helpful. Meat was neatly packaged, marked, frozen and tasted amazing. Would highly recommend!
