Small town service!!. A person always answers the phone. No recordings or prompts to "press 1." Meat in the showcase is fresh. My 99 year old dad says their liver sausage is the best he's had.

You will not be disappointed with the beef jerky here. These guys do it right, Highly recommend!

I have been a fine connoisseur of jerky for most of my life. Believe me when I say this is the best I have ever tasted! Smokey, salty, will balanced. Not tuff chewing at all! I drove almost 40 minutes for a pound of it. Worth every mile! Good Job folks! Keep up the good work!

Had the opportunity to buy a 1/2 a pork and it was processed at City Meats. We live almost 2 hours North and I was a little disappointed having to drive that far to pick up meat. It was worth the drive. The market was clean and the guys were friendly and easy to work with. The smoked meats are perfectly done and the pork chops and roasts were cut like you see in a showcase. Can’t say enough good about the quality of processing. There was even a young man that brought the meat out to my truck and loaded in a cooler for me. In hind site, I should have tipped him. We will be back, so next time. Go there, you will not be disappointed.

That prime rib roast was from my order last year from the Brownton, MN City Meat Market, I will pick up another 1/2 of a cow and another 1/2 of a hog from them soon . Both were so good! Very reasonable! Worth the all day drive to get them. I will pick up in January when it's really cold and really cold means the roads are good. Fill up the back of my truck and return home. Usually stopping in Glencoe for late breakfast!

City Meat processed a hog for me and did a phenomenal job. They kept me updated on the process, made beautiful cuts to my preferred specifications, wrapped every cut securely, and provided great customer service throughout. I will absolutely use them again for hog processing!

I love this place, they are always friendly and courteous. They have the best sausage and brats.. They go above and beyond to be helpful and get the cut you are looking for. They don't take cards so being cash or check, there's an ATM just half a block down if you forget. I highly recommend going here.

Great little market. Did a great job processing our beef. Bought dried beef there as well. Best I've had in a long time. Worth a stop just for that alone.

If your animals has been a pet, don't go here! I don't remember their meat, but unloading is horrid. It's a corner door, the animals either have to jump over the thresh hold or walk up steps. They laugh and tell stories about animals getting away and running all over town. Then they go down a hall passing the butchering area that may or may not have a fresh kill. Two stars because they got us in right away.

Our meat market is great. The prices are so fantastic and you get the best quality and cuts!

Went there to pick up a quarter of beef. Everyone was friendly. I wish they took cards but there is a bank next door.

Very good place to get some old fashion GOOD meat. The jerky is the BEST.
