This great 👍 farmer and his wife and numerous volunteers feed many people, employ folks and contribute acres of land for the express purpose of supplying whole foods to the various food banks in our area. Lifetime resident and native of Snohomish, Eric is also an important leader in my local community church St. John's where we believe in God's Truth and the Jesus Way. Anyone wanting to give financially or by the sacrifice of time and effort is welcome 🙏

Great time volunteering for food Bank farms!
I’m a Grassfed purist and can taste the difference between quality Grassfed and some of the “Grassfed” you find at grocery stores. Eric’s beef from Chinook definitely met my standards.. the ground beef was delicious, top sirloin was tender for a Grassfed, and ribeyes was freaking phenomenal.
Deep, rich, tilthy river bottom soil is the foundational health of everything at Chinook Farms. They practice Impeccable animal husbandry of all livestock. The cattle are constantly moved to fresh pastures and premium Chinook-grown hay, year round. Pigs get to run and dig in the woods, and are lavished with fresh ground Chinook grown grains and heaps of fresh vegetables. Pastured chicken egg yolks are bright orange. These eggs stand up in the pan and SALUTE you! Chinook partners for pop-up markets with Lowlands Farm (flowers and veggies), One-Leaf Farm--fresh vegetables, and Bright Ide Acres--exceptional quality, humanely-raised meats. Anyone can come and see the farm. They have not a thing to hide, and everything to show off. They also send 150,000 pounds of food to local food banks every year through Food Bank Farm.
