Clean, really cool meat market. They got everything. The lunch is delicious too. Homemade salsa green, red and pupusa. Pastor tacos rock and very nice people. Just moved here and this is my goto taco spot.

Chepe’s Meat Market is hands down one of the best local spots around! Everything is always fresh — from the marinated meats to their homemade salsas and prepared foods. You can really taste the quality and care they put into everything. Plus, they have an incredible selection of Hispanic foods and products you don’t find anywhere else. Definitely my go-to for authentic flavor and freshness!

I just came to add another 5 stars to this carniceria. Time and time again I am able to provide delicious food to friends, family and coworkers. Last week we grilled up some fajitas and chicken quarters and everyone loved it. My favorite is the "blanco" marinade because it the perfect balance of spice and herbs although there red marinade is good too. I have never been let down when I serve Chepes. Guys behind the counter are great and very helpful.

Love the salsa! Every time I come to Houston from Austin I always make a stop at this place to pick up salsa and fresh made chips and anything else I can manage to find. Delicious.

The food, especially carnitas, are delicious. The cashiers are not very welcoming. They have a good variety of Mexican products.

First time coming to this location. Absolutely loved it. Great customer service, everyone was nice and friendly. The meats looked fresh too!

Its a great little spot but when I ordered a carnitas quesadilla I didn’t think it will be full of intestines . Gross : next time I have to make sure to say ONLY carnitas to the cooks I guess !

Go there often for blast minute. Vegetables that are needed and taco. Shells, very good service. Nice people mostly speaking spanish, but great place to shop little pricey, but what do you expect for a neighborhood shop

Dude!!! Their burritos were huge and delicious!!! We are so excited we came across this place while the electricity was out due to the hurricane. This is going to be our new go to place for Mexican food. Highly recommend.

This place is a little honey hole! The staff are all very friendly and accommodating, even if your Spanish is not-so-good or non-existent. The place is always clean, the cooked food is amazing and you get very generous portions, the meat counter has a wide variety of meats and there's produce, small selection of groceries, and cold beverages like juices, beer, etc. Can't get enough of this place and enjoy supporting them over a chain store when I can.

Absolutely excellent Mexican food !!! We had some tacos for lunch and the service and accommodations were outstandingly exceptional !!! The food was hot and fresh and exactly what we ordered !!! The young lady who took our order was bilingual and very accommodating !!! We will definitely be returning for more great food and service !!!

We drive from Conroe almost every week to pick up fajita meat here and that salsa verde is AMAZING! On top of that their jalapeños are a really good price and always fresh. I haven't tried their cooked food yet, but there's always lots of people eating there and it smells delicious! Basically it's well worth the drive.

Delicious little eat in restaurant! Had tacos. A very wide selection of meats with a kind and generous meat man. They sell pork rinds by the pound! The store is also a small but very convenient store,with produce. I felt very welcomed and taken care of. You must stop by and get lunch,especially after a long motorcycle ride! Tamales by the register were to die for. See you there.

A little expensive, but good food..

This place is awesome. Super friendly service, great selection of grilling meats. We keep buying the pre-marinated fajita. Last trip there, the butcher gave us a small sample of some of the other marinaded meats to grill and try at home for free. If you like salsa verde caliente, try their green sauce, it's hot.

My family and I came in to buy a couple pounds of fajita and this place had the best seasoned fajita that I have ever had!! They’ve also got a great big selection of Mexican candy and treats!

Y'all gather 'round, I got a story about what just happened at this store! My 38wks pregnant wife just went to chepes to grab pan dolces for our family, innocent enough, right? The cashier lady(employee), who'd probably be mistaken for an abandoned fridge if seen at night, had the audacity to tell my wife that she "shouldn't be eating all those sweets." That's right! Some misshapen, easily misidentified, and inexplicably rude employee had the gall to make a snide remark about my wife. If y'all see Frieda Fridge working the cashier, tell that musky mass of mistakes to get ****ed. P.S. The barbacoa is pretty good.
