This was the best experience I’ve ever had! Everything was perfect - from them walking me through how to order the cuts I wanted (first time) to the pickup. They are professional, friendly and prompt!

I forget the lady's name I spoke to but she has a voice for the customers . Knew what she was talking about and helped with my selection of how I wanted my cuts of venison . The wait was long but tonbe expected as it was the final days of deer season . Very happy and plan on doing more business.

By far the best Hamburger meat I've used. The meat has tremendous flavor and super juicy. Also, the chuck roast is incredible and great for a beef stew. Skirt and flank steaks are great and do not have the fat strings you get from a grocery store. Overall, Chenoa Locker has excellent beef and I highly recommend it for beef purchases. Looking forward to placing an order this fall to replenish my freezer for another year.

Hands down one of the best lockers in Illinois. Very friendly, very quick, vary easy to work with. Had no idea how I wanted our beef selections cut, but they were very good at walking me through the process. We WILL be back!

We waited over 6 weeks to get my husband's venison back from them. Almost all of it the grind and some of the summer sausage is completely rancid. We will not be utilizing there services in the future. Extremely disappointed we've had to throw so much away after thawing it and going to use it and it's spoiled. We have thrown more away than being able to use. Obviously mixed his fresh deer with someone elses. I called several times asking if ours was ready yet. Never in my life has deer processing taken this long. The one gal said they were finalizing counts on orders. It seems to to me I guess we got bottom of the barrel whatever was left to try to get our order finished. We literally got it at the end of December finally. I'm extremely frustrated every time we thaw out and have to throw away. It's absolutely disgusting!! 2 month wait, excited and recieved absolute garbage. We will be processing our own next season so we know what were getting.

I am sooo impressed. Diego packed an entire cow Into boxes and loaded into my car for me in the freezing cold with a giant smile on his face and was so very sweet. The meet is packaged beautifully and they even made burgers with bacon and cheese for us as well as fresh brats with cheese. I cant wait to eat it! They are fabulous at Chenoa Locker. We will be back!

I have had the best experience with this meat locker. Everyone is very friendly and accommodating. You can tell they care for their customers! I have had the worst luck these last couple years with getting a whole roasting hog from the U of I meat science lab. We call weeks before to place an order for a hog and they always say we are good to go. This will be the second year the U of I has let us down. The first year the U of I cut our hog up days before our party and let us struggling to find someone who would help. Who came to the rescue, Chenoa Locker! With very little time they were able to get me fresh hog! Now this year we placed an order with U of I thinking we would give them another try, plus Chenoa is quite a drive for us coming from Urbana. Once again days before our party (Friday) no one has called us back, no one knows of any order placed and once again stuck without a hog. I immediately called Chenoa Meat Locker. The staff was once again extremely friendly and willing to help us. We now have our hog for Friday! Not to mention we will be saving atleast $50! Great customer service is worth the time and travel!

Delicious meats cut to order. We order a half cow at a time and have a freezer in our garage. Saves us on gas to grocery store plus Chenias prices are very fair for the quality of their meat.

Ground beef and pork chops are good. I would recommend staying away from the ham and the ribs. Ribs are cut SO thin you really aren't going to think about using them for bbq. They're shaven tight to the bone, UGH!

We bought a cow from a farmer and they butchered it for us at first was not happy with quality of cuts Especially New York strip very small thin and fatty we are also gotten hamburger that we did not like the taste of the owner Teri …
