We had the pleasure of attending a farm-to-table dinner at ChamBurn Farms last month, and it was an unforgettable experience. The setting was beautiful, the food was thoughtfully prepared, and it gave us a real appreciation for the care that goes into everything they raise. We took home a little sampler of their offerings including a whole chicken, a rack of lamb, ham hocks for soup, chorizo, and farm-fresh eggs. Everything has been absolutely delicious. Cant wait to stock our freezer with more. ChamBurn Farms is the real deal. Highly recommend!

There are great places to visit in Oregon. This place is dang near magical! I had the pleasure of visiting for a dinner party with a huge group. The atmosphere is amazing, especially in the summer. Jim and Paul do a fantastic job putting together so many tasty and unique dishes. Oh, and then there are animals to see! You get to see the animals that eventually end up on your plate, and ChamBurn Farms gives you a much better opportunity to have a connection to your food, and the animals are treated so well. There are alpacas, big old Pyrenees guardian dogs, tons of chickens and pigs to see. Finally, they offer a monthly CSA membership for meat and eggs. What are you waiting for?! Go! GO!

ChamBurn Farm has everything to make an event extraordinary--a beautiful garden and setting, incredible food and charming owners/hosts. We toured the working farm and enjoyed the greenhouse and cute animals including alpacas, chickens, turkeys, and Great Pyrenees dogs. We couldn't believe the love that has been invested into every last detail of ChamBurn. It was raining, but Jim and Paul have thoughtfully installed ceiling heaters and giant sliding curtains with "windows" around their event space. We were able to see and enjoy the gorgeous view without feeling like we were missing out because of the weather. The chef's kitchen, complete with a built-in, tiled pizza oven and live-edge wood bar, sets the scene and expectations for the level of perfection of the food that is prepared there. Delectable simplicity showcases the perfection of farm-fresh, organic ingredients. If you want an out-of-this-world experience, you absolutely want to book your next event here.

Purchased products here about 4 times now, and I prefer buying all my meat and eggs here,nowhere else will do,I'm totally spoiled now, so if you want the best meat and eggs shop at chamburn farm, also jim and paul are by far the most gracious people I have had the pleasure of knowing !!! How to make a 50th anniversary party special for a couple more comfortable with hiking than dancing, cargo pants than black tie, and gardens than ballrooms? Have a farm to table event at ChamBurn Farm! As it was the hottest week of the summer, Jim and Paul graciously offered to switch our planned evening event to a much cooler brunch to accommodate family who'd flown in. The setting couldn’t have been more beautiful, full of flowers and trees, covered by a shade-cooling trellis, lovely conversation seating and table settings, with plenty of room for our 14 invitees to cluster and talk over coffee, juice, and scrumptious pastries. Our pre-brunch farm tour allowed us to meet the many members of ChamBurn Farm: Alpacas, pigs, sheep, chickens, turkeys, and the most adorable Pyrenees puppies any of us ever cuddled. We loved hearing about the planning and effort invested in this small working farm and the work that goes into the care of the animals. Our family has some vegetarians, and our brunch of a Green Goddess salad, veggie frittata, fancy French toast with apple compote, roasted potatoes, and sausage delighted even our pickiest eaters. We were all almost too full to enjoy the double chocolate cake and berry crumble, but we all managed. This was the perfect anniversary party, and Jim, Paul, Cheyanne, various animals, and a wonderful eye-treating setting left us feeling well fed and well celebrated. We recommend ChamBurn Farm for any outdoor event space you seek. Their food, their space, and their attention to every detail to customize your event really makes it outstanding.

We've been a part of the ChamBurn meat CSA for a few months now and we love it! We were specifically looking for local, sustainably-sourced meat, and after a lot of googling we landed on ChamBurn. The meat is fabulous, and we love the variety that we get each month (as well as the farm fresh eggs!). It's always fun getting our monthly drop off and chatting with Jim, who gives us a rundown on what's been happening at the farm, and what to expect in our box. We can't recommend them more highly!

We received our first ChamBurn Farms CSA box and everything has been wonderful! Great, interesting selection of meats, and the most amazing eggs! Value is outstanding for the quality, and it's good to know we're supporting small family farming providing humanely raised meat and poultry.

I was craving some good, local meat and I found this place in Oregon City. I ordered duck breast, eggs, and chicken legs for delivery and I received it a few days later. My experience with ChamBurn was fantastic. The owner Jim gave me some suggestions about how to cook duck - I had never prepared it before and after making it (it turned out DELICIOUS), I totally appreciate his advice. The owner has great communication and even followed up after I received my order. And, the eggs are fantastic!!!! Yummy!

ChamBurn Farms not only has the best tasting meat and eggs for our family, they care about the livelihood of every animal they raise. Compassion, healthy feed, and transparency has been clear since the beginning. We’ve been CSA members for over a year now and we have no intentions of stopping. We’re so grateful for everything they do!

We decided on the annual CSA meat and egg subscription with ChamBurn Farms. Two deliveries in, and we are happy with this decision! We have really enjoyed the pork chops, sausages, and bacon. The eggs are phenomenal too, better than the most expensive grocery store varieties. We are looking forward to visiting the farm to see the animals and attend the farm-to-table events.

The eggs! I had a disconnect with obtaining eggs from ChamBurn farms and didn't realize what I'd been missing. They are so good! Rich but not too rich, fresh, reasonably priced, and I love supporting this small business. They are eggsactly what I need in my life. Sorry, I couldn't help myself.

What a lovely venue for a wedding! Even though it was REALLY HOT the day I was there, the owners have created an ambiance of calmness, beauty and freshness. They had water misters, to break the heat! Beautiful landscape, beautiful views off into the distance and really good food, straight from the farm. What a great space!

Jim is great and we really love the products we get from him. We roasted a pig shoulder that was AMAZING. It is good to know how you food is raised and treated prior to butchering.

Just wonderful :) Today we went for the garden start sale, but we stayed because it was so cool! We got to go say hi to the animals, and enjoyed their beautiful outdoor area. Our garden starts are now home a ready to kickoff the season!
