Hands down the best beef that I’ve ever had! A couple of weeks ago I made hamburgers on my Egg and they were delicious! Tonight I reverse seared a 3 pound tenderloin on my Egg and smoked it with hickory until the internal temp was 120 and then seared it until 130. Made a compound butter with roasted garlic, fresh Rosemary, butter, and salt and pepper. The best that my wife and I have ever had!!

My family bought a 1/4 cow from Canaan Farms, and it is the best grass fed beef we have ever had! Besides a great product, you will get to know an amazing, God-fearing family. Win win!
