I was unloaded pretty quickly. Staff friendly and helpful. A lot drivers stating it was hard to find. USE Google Maps, it will take you STRAIGHT to the entrance. Also, if you’re still having trouble, dispatch should give you a number to call for directions (at least mine did).
Got here @ 0730 delivering egg cartons from pactiv. Said 3 trucks ahead of me. May get to me by noon :/ 🤔 First time here. Hope it's last. It's Monday and lady said they are usually short staffed on Mondays smh …
Dirty road. Stuck on farm territory and worker tried to make a deal, tow my truck for 400$ and he tried to use company machine, so management should take action about that. i was refused his deal, called tow company and was towed by professional for 350$....... loading was fast, lady was helpful.
For my truck drivers the entrance is off business 271 just past hwy 37. The GPS is not accurate. There are signs everywhere showing where the entrance is not but none stating where it is. Ppl are very friendly but be prepared to wait this is blast from the past and they are as country as you can get.... Take lunch when they want and load you when someone is finally available..
They start around 5am. Very friendly staff and courteous.
Not recommend having hard time to find facility map not work checked in 8 o'clock in morning been 6 hours still not loaded yet Wasting time if u still coming for pick up bring some extra food good luck
Gal that weigh’s you in she was super nice and the gal at the pit was super nice couldn’t ask for better people the only drawback to the whole place is it’s on muddy roads
From Hwy 37, go west one mile on Hwy 271 and turn right on Bus271 and then an immediate left on gravel rd about one and half miles straight north to guard house
Regular pick up and drop at this place never had a issue with waiting or getting loaded
Great people work here. My husband has made many Friends working here
