Always went to Costco and local supermarkets for meats and fish. Started coming here last year and what a difference! This place is absolutely amazing!!! Everything at C&C is always fresh and cut to order. They have a huge variety of sides and everything you need for a great meal:). I will not go anywhere else!! Staff is always friendly, professional and always remember everyone’s name:). Shout out to Amanda:)).
Food ain,t just food. And it hasn't been for many years. The small business proprietors of healthy foods are not getting rich. In a time when quality food is at a premium, C&C exemplifies the best of what is possible when it comes to clean natural meats. My family and friends can taste (and feel) the difference. Thank you C&C.
The very best quality and value in the area. The Prime Reserve Pork Chops are incredible. Burger blends all unique and top quality. Their prime steaks especially the Ribeyes are some of the best steaks I’ve ever had. 1.5” thick perfect for reverse searing and cast iron finishing to perfection that steakhouses can’t deliver. Fantastic text message specials of the day. Best part is it’s family owned and operated and everyone is super friendly every time I go in to visit. Joe and his son are always there working! 6 stars for C&C
I was told by a coworker to check this place out when I was hankering for a roast beef sandwich. I must say, it was the BEST RB sandwich I've EVER had! Outstanding! While I was waiting for my sandwich I drooled over the display case with all the beautiful cuts of meat, salads, and assorted cooked items. I will absolutely be back, and often! This place is AMAZING! I think I'm going to try the chicken cutlet sammy today-
Joe and his staff was professional and accommodating. The wraps and sandwiches were so fresh and delish !!! The red skin potato salad was delicious 🤤. …
Went for the first time today. The workers are so nice and helpful. Purchased ground meats and sausages so happy with my purchase. Also got a few fried chicken cutlets for my son he loved them. Thank you so much and I look forward to coming back soon.
Update: I appreciate the owner trying to rectify things about my experience. Unfortunately, no there was no extra ground meat. Both BPV & ground sirloin were packed as “2lbs.” Both were short. Maybe I will give another shot when grilling season comes back around. As of now, not inclined to give this place another shot. Good luck with everything! I'm torn writing this review. As a small business owner in the hospitality industry, I know & understand how tough things have been. But when I feel let down by another local business, I think people should know. On a neighbor's recommendation, I gave C & C a try, hoping I'd found my new go-to butcher. Sadly, I was disappointed. I sprang for the "Plan Nine Freezer Menu" at $240, which was supposed to offer a variety of chicken, pork, beef, and sausages. A nice steak cut or two in the mix wouldn't have gone amiss. The chicken burgers were a letdown – bland and lacking freshness. I tried to overlook that, thinking maybe it was a one-off. Then, there were the two whole chickens. While the first one didn't leave any impression (which I suppose means it was okay), the second one was a different story. It was definitely past its prime by the time I got it, which is surprising given I live just 8 minutes away and stored it immediately. Even after a thorough cleaning, the off smell took over my kitchen when I tried cooking it in a stew. We resorted to takeout that night. To add insult to injury, the ground BPV mix, supposedly 2 pounds, was short by 10 ounces. And right now, as I pen this review, I'm defrosting the ground sirloin. The attached photo will show the marked weight against the actual one, with the unopened frozen package as proof that once again, I got less than what I paid for. I'll still give two stars, mainly because the in-store staff was genuinely kind. It's a shame the products didn't mirror that warmth.
Family feel, very kind, helpful, and offers specials! The meats & foods are incredible!! Highly recommend!
I never leave reviews, but this is a rare time it’s been worth it. I have called this spot a few times with questions when I needed to buy for a holiday or special occasion… every time the owner/workers have been real helpful and friendly. I love a place that’s suggestive when you ask for their advice on what or how much to buy. We bought amazing quality ribs for a bbq this past weekend that both of our families loved.. will definitely be trying their steak cuts next. Thank you CC.
I have never been to a butcher shop and this is the first time I have ever been to one. I met Joe the owner and he was fantastic. He explained exactly what meats I should get and how I should cook them and at what temperature. He explained everything in a manner that I could understand. Not only that he gave me a few stuffed mushrooms for my first time purchase. The customer service is absolutely amazing here. Every time that I need to purchase meat I will not go anywhere but here. Thankyou so much for your amazing service.
