I go every week. All my meats and other products. Nice selection of seafood and meat. Always friendly. Had a "burp" with a special order, but settled nicely. I don't go anywhere else.
I love this place. I always get good meats at great prices. so much better than grocery chain. and I know for facts that this meat has no hormones, no addictives or anything unnatural.. I see a difference in my kids since I stopped buying meat other places. I hope this place is here for a long long time. Their sausage is my favorite.

It has been a great place with good customers service until today. I had a very bad experience with the one lady wearing thick glasses, she gave me an attitude when I asked her to slice the meat as thin as she could. She even told me she would never do it again since her fingers were too close to the blade(???!!!). I have been buying beef from Butcher Block since 2016 and always ask for sliced meat. If a staff has any problem with the blade or her work safety, she should complain to the owner not a customer!
They have a variety of meats. Fresh and Frozen. My place to go for great meats and seafood.
From local dairy and fresh cuts, to a solid variety of items to accompany your butchered products. Along with these well priced, regulary meeting, if not beating other grocery stores' prices, there is the ready to help knowledgeable staff. Even if it is a little out of the way, the Butcher Block is worth the trip.
Excellent selection of meats and chicken in Gettysburg. I shop here for the steak, and they are fantastic with quality for t-bone and New York strip.
Nice quality selection of meats and seafoods. Prices are very good! Not your typical butcher shot selling ground beef for $10/lb.
