Took the 40 minute drive north to che c k you out, beef prices are out of control, but that aside these were some extremely good NY strips. Amazing quality hands down,vthe store front is amazing and the customer service is top notch. We will be a returning customers, and word of mouth has already begun. You guys are great.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ This place has become our home away from home - we find ourselves here several times a week, and for good reason! The unique combination of exceptional coffee and a butcher shop under one roof creates such a warm, welcoming atmosphere that you just don't find anywhere else. The coffee is absolutely delicious - clearly crafted with care and expertise. But what really sets this place apart is the quality of their meats. Every cut we've taken home has been top grade and amazing to cook with. It's so convenient to grab your morning coffee and pick up dinner ingredients at the same time, knowing both will be outstanding. Jennifer and Brent, the owners, are truly amazing people who have created something special here. Their passion for what they do really shows, and they've built a business that feels like a community hub. The personal touch and genuine care they put into both their coffee and their meats makes every visit a pleasure. If you're looking for great coffee, quality meats, and a genuinely warm atmosphere, this is your place. Highly recommend!

One of my favorite places to shop. Every time I go they have something new and a variety of choices. They offer everything you need whether it is sauces, meats, sides, breads, and dessert. Definitely try their coffee too! Great and friendly staff :)

Driving down US1 in St. Augustine and stumbled over my new 2nd home! Farm fresh BUTCHER!!! Farm to BUTCHER to table. Prices were better than grocery store! Meat was so tender and clean, I felt refreshed after eating!!!Flank steak in Chipotle and lime marinade, Yukon potatoes/Asparagus with Garlic, Basil & Parsley & Sautéed Onions 😋 Do yourself a favor and try this BUTCHER! PS picked up Chicken Stir Fry for tomorrow. Cost per person about $6/7 per meal with leftovers

Great new local butcher and coffee shop. Met Brent the owner, very nice guy as well as the entire staff. Very clean shop with incredible looking meats and sausages. Was told they have the best in house made sausages around! Bought about 10 pounds of various sausages. It’s just a matter of time before there is a line out of the door! Convenient to the locals living south of 312 and a short drive from the island for something unmatched in Saint Augustine! Can’t wait to throw the homemade sausage on the grill! They have a new customer for sure! Shop Local! Florida Man Approved!

Best meat and coffee in town, reasonably priced beef and the quality is second to none. Jen makes the best flat white in town. Great owners that take care and f their customers and community. Highly recommend!!

Knowledgeable and friendly. Everything you want in a butcher. Great coffee, great selection and new finds! Nothing beats the freshness from the best butcher! Update: made the pork chops marinated in mustard & datil pepper(pictured), so tender, so fantastic. Their fresh chicken makes a world of difference in any dish... gotta give them a go.

Run don't walk! This place is fantastic. The meat is so above the area. My wife says the coffee is the best she has had since Europe. The chimnichiri sauce I got was insane so was the dessert. Can't wait to try the sausage rolls in the morning.

Awesome! We bought the homemade thick bacon here. Haven't tried it yet but immediately you can tell it is very high quality. The other meats look just as good. Homemade sausage and porchetta available including prepared sides and desserts. Too many items to list. I do recommend going and grab a latte or coffee while you browse. Bret the butcher is very friendly and wants to be sure you have a good experience. This guy is your local butcher that you didn't realize you needed. Hometown feel. I really look forward to many future transactions.
