The porterhouse was phenomenal. Just seared on charcoal and internal temp to my preference and was pink and melt in your mouth inside. Just delicious. The cheesy ghost pepper meat sticks are a huge hit at work. Everybody loves them including the avid hunters who are sticklers.
Such a gorgeous building with friendly staff and a huge selection of beef, etc. LOVE their snack sticks, they are so delicious. Highly recommend visiting!

We went there as new customers. The owners wife met us in the store and asked if we had any questions. She explained what was the fresh meat and where the frozen meat was. There was also Bison meat available. The fresh meat had just been butchered on Thursday and we got a pack 6 burgers. They were absolutely the best burger we have had in a long time. We used some of their seasoning they have which added even more great flavor to the burgers. Ai am guessing a daughter was running the checkout and she did an excellent job. I even bought a Burly Brother T-shirt and the own gave me the hat i had chosen for free. We bought several types of steaks and look forward to eating those soon. What a great local shop with super friendly owners. Bonus- you can sit outside in Amish chairs and enjoy a spectacular view.
Finally took the time to make the trip out to the Meat gem of western New York!! Excellent selection, quality is outstanding and the kind woman behind the counter was absolutely marvelous. This place is truly setting the standard for butchers in America. Will for sure be back to buy a whole strip loin in the future from these fine people.

Awesome, clean shop with knowledgeable staff. Bought some steaks and had them tonight. AMAZING taste with perfect marbling. Not too much, but enough to count. Great new addition to Wyoming County! We will be back!
