Buck Creek Meat

I am a new customer and ordered a variety of meats to try. I have not yet sampled them all but I did make the chicken sausage and it was hands down the best chicken sausage I've ever had in my life. My kids were clamoring for more. Absolutely delicious. I look forward to trying the rest. Shipping was lightning fast, and the meats arrived well packaged with still-frozen ice packs. Very pleased with the service, and looking forward to ordering more!

Received a sample box of meats a few weeks ago... Ground beef is delicious - best we've ever eaten! The whole chicken wasn't that big, but it was meaty! The only cut we haven't loved is the short ribs. Will be ordering again. Looking forward to trying the bacon & chicken sausage. Thank you, Buck Creek!

I bought 11lbs of organ meats for my dogs and they showed up still mostly frozen. I could these were quickly processed and hard frozen fresh, the lamb liver did not even smell while it was cooking. Good value compared to other options. I will definitely buy more.

I have been ordering beef from Buck Creek for almost a year now and I am very satisfied with the quality. It's grass fed and finished PLUS no vaccines, hormones, GMO’s, antibiotics, pesticides, and herbicides. That's about as good as you can get. It will not have the same marbling as store bought beef because most grocery store beef is fed corn and soy to fatten them up, even grass fed is finished with corn and soy (unless it states grass fed AND finished). On top of that Buck Creeks prices are less than other farms of the same quality and purity.

Very happy with their meat. These folks care greatly about the quality of the meat they produce and are as honest as they come. Integrity is the one word that comes to mind when I have spoken to them and in my dealings with them. Time to support beef not grown in Brazil.

First, I would like to say if I could give 10 stars for customer service I would. There was a problem with the FedEx delivery that had nothing to do with Buck Creek but they did everything possible and reassured me. It would be handled if the delay caused a problem to the product. Well, it didn’t, and I made my first New York strip from them last night, and I would have to say it is one of the best New York strips I’ve ever had in my life. Besides the quality the amount of meat that you get even though it’s random equals out to what you would pay at a supermarket. So it’s really a no-brainer to get quality grass fed beef without any anti biotic over Meat that has carbon dioxide added to it at the grocery store. It’s also great that they let you pick how frequently would like the box delivered you are not tied to any monthly commitment. I would highly recommend and will be re-ordering.

I signed up for a monthly subscription of the 10-14 lb box and only received about 7.6 lbs of meat. The bratwurst I received was delicious though. After leaving this review, the owner called me to clarify why I received less than 10 lbs of meat. It was because I received some ribeyes in the package and those are priced higher per pound. They also offered to deliver meat to make it right. I appreciated their customer service in trying to resolve the issue.

We have been getting the most amazing meat box from Buck Creek for almost 4 years. We get a mixture of beef, pork and lamb and it is always the absolute best quality. When needed I can easily change up the mixture of cuts I get so we always have a wonderful variety in addition to the needed staples like ground beef. As a bonus they are just the nicest people who are always accommodating and helpful.

Beware of DRY AGED beef! Bought 3 cases of ground beef. Fat content was inconsistent between packages. Specks of MOLD were visible in the raw meat. This beef made me feel unwell and I would not recommend. I'd rather trust McDonald's quarter pound beef patties--similar taste without the sickness afterward.

This is 100% the best meat I've had consistently in my life. Went from the small monthly box all the way up to the large box. I've never been disappointed. Their YouTube videos are very informative too. I recommend this to anyone that is looking for quality, healthy meat that's delicious every time.

Family owned and operated business you can trust. They put care into every piece of meat they sell. Can't get better than their grass-fed and grass-finished beef if you live anywhere in Texas.
