I was coming into town to spend time with my parents and brother and wanted to make a nice dinner for everyone. I discovered Mike's shop and asked if he could source two Thor's Hammers for me. He did and when I picked them up I was blown away, not only by his shop but by him. Super helpful. Super friendly. And super knowledgeable. I picked up two massive hammers from him that were frenched, tied, and just beautiful. Dinner was spectacular. Thank you so much, Mike.

Excellent, top quality. They prepared a very large Prime Rib for us for a special dinner. Perfectly trimmed and tied. Wonderful flavor. We chose not to have it aged. It was pretty and delicious. Spoke a bit to the owner Mike when I picked it up. Interesting guy. Will certainly go back after seeing all he has to offer in his cases. His pork chops look amazing.

I had the opportunity to meet Mike, the owner and he did a short little video describing all the selections he had today. If you're looking for quality and a unique selection of high grade meats and fish. This is the place to go. Run. Don't walk.

Mike has the best quality meats I’ve ever had. From bacon to beef to fish; literally everything he has in stock is amazing. His customer service is also just as great as the meats he offers. 10/10 products and service every time.

I can't say enough good things about Brown’s Top Shelf Meats! The owner and staff are incredibly friendly and always go out of their way to make you feel welcome. The store is spotless and well-organized, which adds to the overall great shopping experience. The meat quality is absolutely top-notch—truly the best around. While it might be a bit pricy, it's worth every penny for the quality you get. Their bacon and sausage have become a staple for our weekend breakfasts.

Can't distill enough praise on this place. The staff were super helpful, informative and friendly. Owner -Mike helped us decide what to purchase and made recommendations ! The meats are top notch. Got a couple beef kabobs and grilled them. Soft as butter! The prawns were huge ...4 in a pound Grilled -and were absolutely delicious. My son got hot horseradish on Mike's recommendation and spread it on their fresh roast beef. He had tears in his eyes and loved it. Thx Mike! Can't wait to try the fish ( I put in the freezer) and will definitely be returning for more. The store is spotless and parking easy .

Can’t say enough about this place! Best butcher in town. I ordered a 7 bone wagyu rib roast for Christmas, the owner did a one off marinade for me and it was a crowd pleaser. Kept the bones and made a soup with them. Love this place!

Top tier, nothing beats this place with the quality and the friendliness. The whole ambiance of the store is beautiful. The actual meat is top tier, the beef bacon, the steaks, the patties. I’m in love.

Wow, this place has the best top quality top shelf Tomahawks A5 Wagyu. They also have large variations of steaks and different kinds of meats! All prime and great quality.. Mike was very knowledgeable about all of the meats available, and luis was also cool to recommend how to heat the Tomahawk .. I'm coming back for all my prime steaks!!!

Amazing selections Japanese YAKINIKU TIP I already introduced many friends. Never thought you can find this high quality WAGYU in LA. Owner and staffs are so friendly, they helped me a lot for my order exactly what I want. WAGYU Boneless rib I ordered boneless rib about 5mm thick they called shabu shabu but good thickness for Japanese Yakiniku. My family loves Yakiniku (table cook BBQ) Meat marbles were so beautiful. 1lb = about 7 slices. So I ordered numbers of slices so my family can have equal slices. Rib eye thin slice steak I ordered 5mm thin sliced rib eye steak. Ate with homemade sauce, yuzu kosho and natural salt. It melts in your mouth. So good! Great job! I go back again!
