Love Brough Ranch Angus Ground Beef. It has just the right amount of fat with the meat and it makes such great dishes. This time I went out to the Ranch to get it and they are truly a great family. I am so glad that when I move to Texas in a few months, I will still be able to order from them because they ship to Texas.
I bought a 1/4 Wagyu Cow after devouring 25lbs of the ground beef. The meat is delicious, the price is great and the customer service is Platinum. I'm only 2 weeks into my 1/4 beef order and my husband is ready for an upgrade to 1/2 beef since we can't stop cooking and grilling. We also bought half a pig and it's exceptional not "gamey". This is the best source I've had and I've had ALL of the"big name" companies so go get some Brough Ranch you won't be disappointed.
Brough Ranch beef is simply amazing. It’s the best beef I’ve ever had. I never need steak sauce and never need seasoning. The steaks melt in your mouth! My wife and I can’t eat store-bought steaks ever again. We’ve tried and they ended up in the garbage. It’s Brough Ranch beef or nothing!

I have purchased steaks, roasts, and hamburger from Brough Ranch. Their Wagyu beef is wonderful. The meat is tender and juicy. The flavor is great. Best of all their beef is raised locally in the Clover Valley. UPDATE We barbecued a couple of these wonderful ribeye steaks on Saturday. They were so flavorful and tender. I used the leftover steak to make a wonderful stir fry on Monday. Thanks Brough Ranch.
Second time we’ve purchased from Brough Ranch and we are never disappointed! Amazing marbling on the steaks and the taste is SO good. Not to mention everyone that we’ve dealt with has been so kind and helpful. We will be coming back again and again!
Love Brough Ranch. Quality Wagyu beef you would get at a pricey high end restaurant in your home on your table. Always have their ground beef, steaks and roasts on hand. Their beef is all we use. Friends and family all love the taste. And we love supporting a local rancher family. Their cusyomer service is above and beyond!

The best beef I have ever tasted. Their wagyu beef has incredible marbling and flavor. I've tried their ribeyes, t-bones, sirloins, brisket, tenderloin and it was all fantastic.
