We visit the Central Market location to purchase their whole chickens which are always plump and fresh. They also have friendly service! We don’t buy our chickens anywhere else!

Wow! This chicken is phenomenal! I could really tell a difference in the quality and flavor! I didnt realize how bad mainstream mega-farm processed store meat was until today! From now on, I'm a loyal customer!! The prices are actually cheaper than in the grocery stores, too! I'm a big fan!! I highly recommend!! 👏 👏 👏 …

Bought a Black Forrest roast from them and it was absolutely amazing! This is one of the first times I have ever left a review on google because I felt it was worth it. I’m definitely going to be back for another.

Visited your stand at Lancaster's Central Market for the first time this past Saturday. I purchased your hot beef jerky and beef sticks. Both products are fresh and delicious. Highly recommend this vendor at the market!

My favorite stand at Lancaster Central Market! Outstanding local product and they’re darn cool to boot. The butchers are super friendly and know their stuff. Every week, I can count on delicious local pork & beef made from happy pigs & cows, personable recipe advice, and the best bacon I’ve ever had (Applewood Smoked... it will change your life).

I'd suggest ordering your meat in person rather than online then pick up at a Market. What I picked up I would have never purchased if I'd seen it ahead of time. Way too much fat. I loved a well-marbled steak but huge chunks of fat all through a thick slice of meat. Disappointing. I have purchased in person and had good luck. There eggs are the creamiest ever.

Update: Thank you so much for addressing this comment. It is clear you care about your chickens as well as your customers. I honestly did not know how the effects of the environment can alter the eggs of pastured chickens. Thank you for taking the time to share this information, it is appreciated. I try my best to do my part and know the source of where our food comes. And I will be happy to continue supporting your farm. Thank you. Cannot speak for the meat, we don't eat it. However, we regularly purchase their pastured eggs from the Emmaus Farmers Market. Unfortunately the last 3 dozen were not pastured. Very pale yellow yolks. Every single one. Thats a clear sign as to what type of eggs these are! I love supporting local but I can find healthier eggs from happy and humane chickens elsewhere.

Price gouging extraordinaire! Jacked up their prices by $4 per 3/4 lb just for BaconFest, $20 for 3/4 lb bacon. It’s not Japanese Wagyu (that’s an expensive cut of steak (cow) Breakaway) Customers won’t even know what hit them, buy local they say, then locals screw the locals. Not this guy, not again.

Went to the tree lighting in Lancaster City and stopped by their booth for a charcuterie in a cup! I was super impressed by the variety in the cup and the quality. Such a cute idea! Definitely recommend and would checkout their physical location!
