I met these fine people purely by chance, they were reaching out to get a tax document to an former employee. We chatted and I mentioned my wife is a photographer. They wanted photos in the spring. We came out and took photos of their beautiful cows but what amazed me was the depth of knowledge they had and were sharing. I learned so much in a few short hours that I'm still correcting people when it comes to Wagyu. We brought our children with us and they treated them like family. They sent me home with a bunch of frozen meat which included a roast. Absolutely amazing! I tried a regular roast I just can't do it.
