2 PM appointment got a door right away. Turned around inside the dirt lot. Nothing to complain about here. You could probably find plenty of spaces around Here for Overnight parking outside the gate...???

This is the nastiest hamburger I have ever seen. I bought six individual pounds of it. The first one was full of fat and stringy crap that I had to throw away. I ended up with not even a half pound left to cook out of it. Opened another one this morning Same stuff. I’m throwing the other rolls that I have in the trash. I am so sick that I spent money on this. How can they sell this trash to people? The part on the plate in the photo was totally inedible. I would not cook it for my dogs!

The marinades on the meats I’ve tasted are always delicious, however, the meat itself is hit or miss. Bought some American steakhouse marinated ribeyes and the texture was almost rubbery. Then I give them another try with their Santa Maria tri tip and it was the most tender tri tip I’ve ever had. I’ve had other meats here too and again, it’s hit or miss. I’ll continue to get the tri tip as long as it’s as good as it was today.. their quality control guy is letting some questionable meats slip through the cracks though

The front of your package says “beef steak burgers”. Read the back and it says “mushroom and Swiss”. It’s presented in such a way that it might be a recipe. What I thought I was buying was “all beef burgers” not mushroom and Swiss! Whoever designed your packaging should be fired. Completely misleading. They taste horrible too. Thanks for ruining dinner.

Ordered prime rib to go. Wow ok it tasted ok. But it looked pretty sorry for a steakhouse with new ownership. A slab of meat with a dried up baked potato and a sprinkle of bacon bits. No roll no garnish!!! Won't be recommending this place. Could of made a better Impression pretty disappointing.

I got a bunch of meat scraps, I could not even grill them because they meat was so small it was falling through the grill. I’m going to the grocery store immediately for a refund. I have videotaped

I judge food on Worthy of Salt, Sugar and Fat intake. If its Great I overlook the calories and Sodium and enjoy it. These So called Burgers are Not Worthy! Please hire a better Chef, update your grinders, or consider closing. (do not convert to pet food, not worthy)

Bought a marinated ribeye for $15.99/lb and it was tough as a boot. I looked for a customer svc no. to complain and found none.

Against my best judgment, I purchased the seasoned Chicken Fajita mix from Safeway. Spent $16 on it. It smelled and looked horrible, as I started to grill it. I Immediately turned off my in-door grill and quickly threw all traces of chicken down the garbage disposal, because I didn't want my house stinking any worse. The meat was low quality and smelled unfresh, the marinade just smelled gross. I decided against getting a refund, because I didn't want to stink up my car, taking the unused portion back. Will never purchase any product again from this brand. My advice: Don't cut corners and buy these ready-made, pre-prepped meals. They are cheap, low quality and in my case, was NOT fresh. Better to buy quality ingredients and cook it yourself.

Is also known as Ruby Fresh. have been here 8 hours waiting to pick up 1 pallet. They keep lying about when they are going to be done. Very poor customer service. The lot is very tight to move a tractor trailer around in, and they allow their employees to park right in front of the loading dock. hopefully I never have to come back.

They open at 3:30 Am. Try to come here at your appointment time because there is no night time parking. They don’t have overnight parking for trucker. If you park at dead end the cops will give a ticket for no parking area. They unload me just in 30 minutes.

These were inedible. The beef steak burgers were chewy fat. I couldn’t eat it. No email or phone number to call on package. I know why.

Love delivering here. Usually I'm early they take me right away and unload and I'm in and out in 30 minutes total. Always polite and super quick. I'd give 10 stars if I could.
