My husband and I just ate the tenderloin steaks and they were outstanding. Nicely marbled, well-trimmed and hubby prepared the perfectly. We will definitely be buying more of these.
Very cool little butcher shop just on the South Dakota and Iowa border. A really good selection of meats to choose from. My buddy also has his beef processed here as well. A great place run by really great people.
