Bluestem Hollow

5 stars Bluestem Hollow is a hidden treasure! The coffee is exceptional, the breakfasts are fresh and flavorful, and the peaceful deck with fresh flowers on every table. It is the perfect spot to relax. The staff is friendly and helpful, and the setting couldn’t be more charming. They’ve got a great little farm store with premium Grassland Beef and other locally-sourced goodies, plus walking trails if you want to stretch your legs and enjoy the scenery. Whether you’re meeting friends or enjoying some quiet time, this place checks every box. Can’t recommend it enough!

Ordered roast beef sandwich with broccoli salad and sweet tea. All were delicious and made fresh to order. We were a party of 4 and ordered inside and ate outside on the porch. Views were entertaining and when we were finished shopped for snacks and fresh bread inside the store. They had local meats for sale but I wasn't able to purchase as I didn't have a cooler and wouldn't be home for hours. Maybe next time as this is a 100% return again.

Everything was great! Six of us women sat on the porch on a lovely spring day and enjoyed the view, the breeze, the food, and each other's company. It was a wonderful experience.

A must try gem. I am pretty picky and usually aim for a carb free breakfast and this place did not disappoint. Or at least as carb free as I could get. 🤣 had to cheat to try the gravy!

The location is a bit out of the way, but it is well worth the trip. The staff is very friendly. I had the meat loaf sandwich and it was very good. It's a beautiful setting and very relaxing.

Great moms meet up place for coffee and food, where the kids have a fun outdoor space to play and climb around. We love the grilled pimento cheese sandwich and homemade ranch chips, and farmers punch! Lots of great natural products sold inside too, mosquito spray, tallow etc! -Jen

I had a new friend invite me to meet for coffee. I am new to TN and live in West Maryville. I have now fallen in love with Greenback. The Sights and Sounds. The Sweet community atmosphere. The People are amazing. I can hardly wait to head back to this Gem of a spot! Please take time to meet a friend here. Take your family for lunch and tour the area. Definitely a MUST See little place! The Food was so good —- and coffee was amazing!! There is also lots of Farm to Table options of foods and etc to buy too!!

An interesting place for breakfast or lunch. We had lunch there. Self seating inside or out, you order from your table using your smartphone and it is prepared and brought to your table. A nice variety of sandwiches, sure to please anyone. Portion size is good and the atmosphere is like being at home. Laid back and quite relaxed. The food is very good, farm to table. Prices are good also. An excellent place to gather with friends for lunch and chat in a nice quiet setting. They also have meats you can buy as well.

Best of the best! The only place we buy our beef, pork, and lamb. Beautiful property with such a peaceful setting, love the Meetinghouse porch for coffee and lunch. Five star prepared food for grab and go. Such a welcoming environment and wonderful addition to the area! A must stop!
