Getting ready to place my 2nd Order. The boys loved the Jalapeño, Original & Teriyaki Buffalo Meat Sticks & Salami.

Impossible to say enough good things about the quality of their meats and the skill with which they prepare them. I especially appreciate the flavor and tenderness of the grass fed & grass finished whole beef cut to order. I grew up in a small community with an East German butcher of astounding skill and consistency. I’d sure been missing him in the years since, until we found this place!

Edit - Still the best place, try the Bacon and cuts of beef to make your own Jerky!!! I have to say this is one of the best butchers I have ever been to. The owner is very personable and will walk you through every selection she has from Buffalo to beef. They have everything you could think of in the shop and the quality is spot on. I have been in there multiple times and am actually ordering a 3/4 cow and the prices cannot be beat. If you are anywhere around this establishment stop in and give this local shop your business. Going to Sam's club or others is a waste of your time is they will not have as good of meat as this location. The customer service is as I said spot-on and worth going all on its own.

Came in from out of town and was blown away by the variety of meats and cuts. I was a little sad the Bison order didn't come this week but was still able to grab some Bison while we were there. Only suggestion is to add a website with the different options you have. Highly recommend otherwise!

I purchased some of the bison jerky a few weeks ago. It was amazing. Sadly I live in North Carolina and can’t easily go grab some more. If you have a way to ship it, or in the future add that capability, I would definitely be interested.

The Buffalo meat we bought is excellent. Great service and a lot of answers and service while we were there. Need to apologize for a post yesterday where my wife stated that we had a 7 p e cent card charge when we only had an actual 3 percent charge for using a credit card. Fantastic meat store!!! We have seen beautiful free range cows along the road, and we came to Black Hills Meat Company to buy this amazing meat we saw around us in South Dakota. Great looking shop, super friendly, and highly recommended!

I brought in a fat last year. They did not take the time to trim fat before grinding burger. The burger tested at 70% and not edible in my opinion. After having them learn how to use a fat tester in front of me, they said if I brought all my roasts and steaks in they would re grind it and maybe make it more lean. This was an un acceptable solution in my opinion.

Great steaks! I got both beef and bison New York strip steaks and they were excellent. After seeing all the free range cows while driving I wanted to buy those steaks, Black Hills Meat Co made it happen.

Great meat processing store! They make the best chorizo!! Their selection of beef, buffalo, pork and chicken is great! They also make jerky, hot sticks! Worth your time to stop in, staff are wonderful!

Only store in town that carries chicken that is not Tyson brand. A huge plus for them as they've gained a new loyal customer.

My wife is a big jerky fan and we stopped here about a month ago and got some buffalo jerky. She said it was the best jerky she ever had. We also got some buffalo tenderloins which were absolutely delicious.

We stopped here to buy some buffalo jerky. The person who helped us was very nice and enthusiastic about their products. We did purchase some jerky and found it to be absolutely delicious.

Awesome meats. Had to stop by and buy some Buffalo jerky. So tasty. Also picked up a few other things too. Must stop by... on Saturday they are only open tell noon. During the week I believe its 8 to 5 ish.

The best buffalo jerky ever, can't wait to stop by some day.
