It has its own unique taste that I really enjoy! As I have have enjoyed beef from all over the US and from other countries, I always go back to Blackhawk Farms Beef is by far the Best I have ever ate.
My first order was so large I had to use my neighbors freezer to help hold it. Sadly 😥 now it is empty because everything was amazing and we could not quit throwing parties with all the delicious steak oxtail and brisket.... tongue and much more. So I will be ordering more when I return from Europe. Thanks a million and keep up the amazing 👏 process.
I can't even express with enough emphasis.... These steaks are the best thing I've ever made in my life. They put Japanese A5 to shame. I had all 3 reserve cuts. Sous vide for 1 hour at 125 and then seared on the grill in 45 second cross sear intervals. Simply amazing. I'll be ordering from here several times a year.
Was a customer during the pandemic as companies like Blackhawk farms depended on retail customers to survive. Now that restaurants and wholesale is back to normal or greater sales, they have ditched the retail costomer laying the blame on shipping costs. Wow, Blackhawk things can always flip back to what they were, costomers will remember.
