Everyone was awesome, but I have to point out a few people who made the experience even better. Kaleen and “dad” were hilarious, their banter reminded me of me and my father in law. Kaleen is super up beat and had me smiling big when I left. The second visit I had the pleasure of meeting Hutch. He was so nice and just a joy to chat with. He also went above and beyond to have my deer done by Sunday afternoon (Friday morning drop off) so my husband and I didn’t have to drive back all the way from Forest Grove (300 miles away). At Sunday pick up they were closed but knew we were going to be there at noon and all 3 plus the added bonus of Billy himself was waiting for us when we arrived. Such a great family and business. We look forward to using you guys again next hunting season!

So I went here to install a new POS and tried the Jerky, nowhere anywhere have I found real jerky. Not store jerky. This stuff is so good and great price is right. I listened to them help customers, and they will do whatever you need. If you didn't get what you came for, they tried anything to satisfy. However, if you just call ahead, you will know when to go get fresh, they will hold it for you. If you get frozen, it's cause you didn't know to call first. These are great folks serving well the community. I hope they go online sales. That jerky you can die for

EDIT/UPDATE: I noticed on their Facebook page recently that they were having a case sale for bacon, so I decided to read the comments and someone had pointed out that the bacon they were trying to sell was expired, and after looking at the attached photo, it sure was! 😬 I decided that it was time to share my terrible experience, so I commented on the post to inform others of my experience, and instead of being decent business owners, with morals, who should strive for customer satisfaction and making things RIGHT, they BLOCKED ME on Facebook and removed the comment. 😳 That is seriously the most unprofessional business practice I have seen in a long time... I will now be making sure to spread the word on how terrible they are. I really dislike having to write negative reviews, but with the amount of money wasted, I feel it's necessary... So, recently, I saw that they had Ribeyes on sale, and it was about time to restock my steak selection at home.. I had heard good things about them from a few people in the last few years, and being someone who prefers to support the smaller, local businesses, I took the opportunity and decided to purchase some Ribeyes from them.. My father accompanied me, and we were both pretty disappointed when we got there, to see that the Ribeyes were frozen... However, I let it slide since we had already used our time and fuel to get there, and ended up spending $100 on steaks. A few days later, I decide to grill up a couple of the steaks for a friend and I, and I could not believe that I just wasted my money on these! These were by far the WORST Ribeyes I've EVER had in my life!! I honestly wonder how old the cow was that these came from because they were SO chewy and didn't have the best taste.. needless to say, my friend and I didn't finish our steaks and it was very upsetting.. I had told my dad about my experience with them and he had a hard time believing that they could have been that bad, but last week he found out for himself when he finally decided to grill up a few of the steaks that I had given him. The first words out of his mouth, were "You know, it's really sad when you can say that Safeway has better steaks than your local butcher shop..." He proceeded to tell me how tough & chewy they were, how much fat they had, and even wondered, as I did, how old the cow was! (Also, for anyone who might think that we just don't know how to cook a steak, I can assure you that my father and I are both extremely capable and, in fact, very skilled in cooking, especially when it comes to steaks, and Ribeyes are primarily my cut of choice so I have many years of experience with them.) Overall, just very disappointed and won't be purchasing anything from them again.

Google map wants to send to a nature outside of town. Don't let that stop you from stopping in at Billy Bob's. Good service, great prices for good meat.

Our 1st time taking our pigs here. They rocked it. The cuts are amazing. With Covid going on EVERY butcher raised their prices. I asked Bob if he did to. His response was perfect "We don't believe in taking advantage of our customers like that. Are prices are the same as they were before Covid." The customer service is hands down the best. Highly recommend!

We've had several beef butchered by Billy Bob's. It's been the the best in the valley. Other products we've bought have been great such beef sticks, and the diff flavors, pork chops and fresh side. Couldn't ask for better. Also the prices are better than competitive.

I called & voiced my concern that my order for prime rib wasn't there & we had to buy an 11 lb prime rib. They made it right for me. Very polite and clean facility. Think you!

We were passing though and a friend said they have really good pepperoni sticks. I got that and some steaks, the steaks was so tender and delicious. Will be ordering more.
