We have been getting beef from Big Willow Beef for years! We love the quality of the meat and that it’s strictly grass fed and grass finished ! We enjoyed the steaks and roasts the most, but all of the beef you get is high quality! It’s nice to have grass fed beef available locally and the Owner Eric, was great to work with ! I would recommend Big Willow Beef to all of my family and friends !
This was the first time we have ever purchased beef in bulk and I'm thrilled. The quality is truly amazing and there is such a significant difference between store purchased meet and fresh grass fed meats. The owner was helpful and responded quickly to emails. The beef was delivered to the butcher by the farm and the butcher contacted me to see what cuts I wanted. Very easy process. Feel good about eating higher quality meats and helping local farmers.
The beef is absolutely amazing, this is my second order and cannot be happier. There is so much richness and depth of flavor to the beef. I never order steak at even high end restaurants because I know it won't be as good as the beef I have in my freezer!
