3 people...The small chef's salad was huge...and great. $11.00 Honey, pecan, mushroom, boneless chicken w baked potato was great but a little too sweet for me. $24.00 The Cowboy burger w fries was said to be excellent. $25.00 ONLY 3 waters.. total @ 72 bucks. **Best deal is to get the salad...we all could lose some weight.
A awesome experience, I highly recomend a visit.
First, the bison burger is delicious! Second, I'm fortunate to work closely with the ranch and witness their land-use practices. They are very ecologically responsible and good stewards of the land. I feel good about eating Big Sky Bison because I know they are taking good care of our resources and working to manage soil and water responsibly while growing their livestock.
I love following Big Sky Bison! I have learned a lot about their ethical animal husbandry and their unique and amazing business. I have severe NAFLD and cannot eat regular red meat, places like this is what makes life still enjoyable. The bison is a leaner meat and it, elk and deer are all the red meat I can eat. So here here to them for making an awesome meat.
Great company and great meat! I met the owner to pick up my packaged bison, who was a great guy and very well educated about the sustainability of these beautiful animals, and the land they roam freely on. Ignore the one-star reviews from people who have never tried BSB’s product, and likely have never been to Montana.
Big Sky Bison is amazing. They take care of their animals and the environment. Plus it’s awesome to watch all the videos and learn both about the bison and their business. Glad to have products and people like Big Sky Bison

This place is awesome! I went for a Bison hunt and Michael and the staff were amazing. They made the experience amazing and I left with a bison! I will definitely be going back there for another hunt.
