Good to know that they carry suet. It is not an easy item to find. I don't go there often because we buy a half cow once a year direct from the farmer. When I have gone there for special cuts, I have not been disappointed. They are on the pricey side but the quality tends to be good. I do feel that the owner - big guy that sits in front - could be a whole lot friendlier.
Toughest $70 I've spent in a long time. Literally the worst "Delmonico" cut I've ever purchased. It looked good in the display case but in the hour it took to get home there was brown spots all over. Staff wasn't the friendliest and sort of spoke to me like I was an idiot for not knowing all the cuts of meat on a cow. No I don't know but yes, I want to . You're supposed to be a butcher and a good butcher is supposed to educate their customers. Don't tell me that a Delmonico is where a filet comes from. I may not know the names of the cuts but I can sure as hell taste them. I will happily look for a new "butcher" and move on. I would assume in the area there are far more educated about their craft, and understand how customer service should be. I wish you all the best but you will not see another penny from my family.
They have a larg selection of grate meats. i stop there each few week's to fill deep freeze. Once you start buying from them you wount be able to eat any meats fron a big chain supermarket ever again. The staff is very friendly and helpful also
Bernthals--always a great experience. I go there twice a year to pick up a side of beef. Great communication on their part, and they're always timely packaging my meat and sending it out on the conveyer for me to load!
Have had two cows processed here and they do a great job and everyone in the place was so polite.
Great butcher shop. Very clean and the staff are helpful. We buy organ meat for our dog, kidneys, heart, chicken gizzards, etc. They have a nice selection of meat and seafood for people, too!
I've been getting my beef processed here all of 27 years. Never a problem and my beef is well packaged

I have been here twice to pick up beef processing order. The staff is friendly and the meat available there is fresh. Would highly recommend this business for your pre-packaged meat or processing service.
Very good job very nicely packed. That said, employees aren't very helpful. My 60-year-old wife picked up several packages that were as much as 40 lb of peace. No offer for help! Absolutely ridiculous.. will I go back maybe? But very disappointed. If someone from the company is reading this, I sure hope you decide to hire courteous and helpful people..... PLEASE... We paid an awful lot, She deserved that...

This place isn't much to look at, but the meat processing area is kept pristine. Majority of the meat is vacuum sealed with seasoning and sauces making dinners easier. A bit more expensive...yes, but you get what you pay for.
Our family has shopped here for 4 generations. I came back to visit from Oregon, and the first thing I loaded up on was summer sausage and jerky! Thank you.

Whoever processed and packaged my deer did a horrible job. Im just getting into my first few packages of steaks and could tell right away he was a rookie or just didn’t care. Never again

This place is the bomb for quality meat purchases at very competitive prices. There were no turkeys, but just about everything else. It's the only place we could find that had any suet. They were also taking in deer for processing from folks that had already gotten theirs for the season! It's very efficient and affordable! Update:. I guess y'all have figured out how good this meat packer is! Went today and the stock was visibly lower, but then again, it's Friday! Got a beautiful rack of ribs for 20 bucks, already sauced!
