We have tried a few butchers in the past but this place is by far the best! Everything came back vacuum sealed, labeled and weighed just like you would get in the grocery store. And for the price I think they will be processing all my deer in the future!

Just a great experience all around. From what I gathered just a small wholesome family operation doing really great work. Facility was super clean and well run. Dealt with a couple different ladies between dropping off and picking up and everybody was super friendly. Meat comes as shown, all individually sealed and labeled. Gave me a realistic timeline at drop off and came through AHEAD of schedule. Asked them to keep me some bones for my dogs and got HOOKED UP (made sure to tip a couple bucks for that). As a busy hunter these guys are an invaluable resource. Clean, professional, and trustworthy meat processing from start to finish.

Dana is so great to work with, the meat comes back nicely packaged and labeled with weights, and her shop is incredibly clean, you wouldn’t even know they were processing meat in there. Hoping my husband gets a deer this year so we can bring it to her to process. 10/10, wonderful business.

Now, this is the way meat supposed to be butchered ! The one on the left was done by another butcher TNC in Cairo, New York horrible I will never go back there again $180 for a bunch of Tallo and shine ! only paid 120 at Berkshire and the job is unbelievably good !

I live in NYC and travel to Catskill to hunt every year. For the first time I feel like I found an honest butcher! I must have gotten close to 50lbs of meat from a good sized doe! Packing was awesome vacuum sealed and labeled! Priced right! Bill the butcher was awesome and answered my many questions about the cuts etc. Dana was also extremely helpful in ensuring I got my meat when needed! I will definitely be back in the future! Great butchers and great family business. Deer are always professionally done and awesome vacuum sealed. Dana and Billy also donate to the less fortunate in the community. First class people and business.

Great place for venison processing. Easy communication, nice people. All vacuum sealed with dates, weights and descriptions. Highly recommended, even if you have to travel a little bit - it's worth it.

Butcher Billy is one of a kind. He helped me with my deer and made sure I got all the meat off of my deer possible. Talked me through all of the cuts and even showed me how he makes all of the specialty patties. The work that he puts in is unbelievable. Will recommend anyone to go there.

Very wonderful service. We had a deer processed into nearly 60 pounds of ground meat, back straps, and stew meat. All vacuum sealed and weights listed on the label we and our family will enjoy!
