I brought in a bull elk quartered up with the back straps, tenderloins, heart and neck all in clean game bags. They only shipped 98 lbs Of meat back. It took me 3 years to harvest my first elk and I lost at minimum 50 lbs of meat to a shady business owner. My advise, stay away.
